I'm Jo I am a new chicken owner, I have 3, 20 week old hens. A buff Orpington named Lay-a Skyclucker, a Silkie-Easter Egger mix named Hen Solo, and a Welsummer named Chickira! I haven't gotten eggs yet, but I'm very excited for when I do! I'm very excited to join this community

The Buff Orp should be laying at around 6 months old, the Silkie EE mix might take longer because silkies take awhile to lay eggs but EEs do start around 5 months old so she could lay earlier. The Welsummer will lay at 5-6 months old, mine started at 24 weeks old.
