Well well well. To my shock my buff sussex hens egg hatched out like this. The daddy is a light sussex. Now explain the black dot on head, black grey stripe down back and eyeliner lookalike black marks beside eye lol very strange.

I do have a black rooster aswel but hes not got his thang on with hens yet lol so hes not the father.

Why did the chicken cross the road?

I'm not familiar with Sussex chickens, but I won't discount the possibility that your hen had another cockerel visiting. How long was she with the light Sussex before you collected eggs for hatching?

Theyre together at all times. I collect/check 3 times per day. Eggs put in incubator then after.

No other poultry live near me so shes not been doing the dirty on rooster Cogburn lol

The chick reminds me of a newborn exchequer leghorn (I own a hen) rooster died so hes not the father either less hes cone back as a ghost :/

Hens can lay fertile eggs for 3-4 weeks after a successful mating, but if you switch cockerels, after one week the new cockerel's sperm should be dominant and fertilising the eggs. Anything is possible with chickens though... That's one thing I've learned over the past few years!
