being hit with hurricane irene and them moving in is giving me a migraine. our vehicle is loaded with supplies when we can get through to friends who have no power. promised them our generator and blankets and whatever else we can scrounge up and get to them. Hard to do when roads are flooded and trees down and unpassable and the county is closed down if you didnt get out your screwed

I would not take the cats either.... but i WOULD call a rescue so they can catch the cats, so they dont suffer....(this is a VERY important thing to do..)
