I have three cockerels that I hatched this summer. A completely new breed as my others are all ‘mainstream’ hatchery birds. It’s been fun watching them grow and feather - they’re three best friends but one of them looks like the UPS man’s son. Nothing like the other two, from the tail to the eyes. The first guy is the oddball- the other pics are of his two brothers.

Anyone else have any from Sugar Feather?

Not yet - i know the fibro confirmation is a blood test but since the breed is landrace (and probably quite the mix since they hit the US), I’m sure there are all sorts of mutts. I guess a cat can have kittens of all different colors so same would apply here. Genetics are wild. I’m just curious to see others who have these birds and they’re few and far between. Appreciate the link!

I have a cockerel from Sugar Feather! And he looks like a blend of both of yours—red wattles and birchen coloring. I got him as a chick though, didn’t hatch my own. He’s a sweet gentleman (so far)
