Hoarse Ducklings

*my first post and not sure how I got hatching?
My mallards are 3 weeks old today (2boys 2 girls) a couple days ago I noticed one girl and one boy started to sound a little 'hoarse' when they squeak. Is it possible their 'voices' are changing? I'm new to this, I did put them in the tub so they could dip their heads (it's been cool & rainy so they haven't been outside. Not sure what to do. Thanks!

Yes, I think so. Just like teenagers some go through puberty earlier than others. I have noticed voice changes that early before.
