I would love to try the acorn fed pork. An oak tree is on my list of ideal features when we start looking at property.

It makes the pork taste real good and it puts weight on the little ones faster than anything else we have tried.

The only problem is the fact the some years are real good for acorns and other years not so much. I would suggest several different kind of oaks just to keep acorn production up. But we do it mainly because it is premium feed we do not have to buy. We buy very little feed.
