Holderreads order form.... How does this work?!

So I want to get my holderreads order form printed and ready to send it after christmas, but it isnt working. Do I copy it and print? It doesnt have a print button. Figured id ask here insted of waiting a few days for a email.

Has anyone heard anything from Holderread's regarding shipments?

The website says they'll start sending out emails for expected ship dates in mid-march. I'm just curious if anyone's gotten one yet?
