Holding upside down last night on chicken

I have a 7 month old EE that went into the coop lasts night was laying down with what seemed to be a broken neck. Not broken, but very weak and holding upside down. 1 hour earlier, was free ranging fine.

This am is is standing up with her head and neck strange, like upside down?

Any suggestions, I am removing her from the coop, I have no idea, Mareks? Seems a bit old?

On a sperate note, can you vac. for Mareks if you purchase older chickens, and quarentine them?
