Hole but not zipping

I am okay with waiting but we are now past 30 hours and it isn't in a position to get any new shell to make the zip.

Well I mentioned taking it out before and removing a bit to start the zip. If bleeding occurs stop.

Okay need some advice, i have been waiting as suggested but this ones head is out so it cannot zip. Do i zip a starter or just help it out? Or still wait. I know i was told i could help start a zip but also told to wait. Now there is another egg that has pipped and i don't want to screw it up. HELP PLEASE!

I'm no help as I myself posted here for assistance hatching a chick last Friday. I'm glad you seem to have successfully hatched the chick.
