hole in beak, help please!

We noticed Our 1yr old SLW has a hole in her beak (see photos). She’s been molting a little on her neck over the past few weeks too, but those are starting to grow back. No trauma that we know of, but it has been abnormally cold and snowy here. She’s still been eating, drinking, and acting normal. Any thoughts and tips are appreciated!

I would treat it with neosporin without the pain relief. see how it heals

Are there any necrotic lesions inside her mouth? While you're looking inside her mouth, smell her breath. Let us know if you smell a foul odor.

The hole looks about the same, we’ve done about 3 rounds of neosporin. I can’t see or smell anything else around her mouth. She is still eating, drinking, and bossing the other girls around!

That may be an injury from getting caught on a feeder or waterer, or putting the beak through wire to get something on the other side. If so, it may grow out and resolve with time. Also could have been made worse if others pecked it initially. Beaks grow slowly.
