Hole in chicken's back

Hello, recently got a new puppy and loves pulling at things, one of these things ended up being my chicken and now she has a hole on her upper back. She can still stand by herself but she won't move. She did end up going back outside and acting like nothing happened, still worried of getting infected if possible
Should i take her to a vet or will she heal by herself? Seen in a few websites that it'll heal but they usually don't look this bad
Any tips will help. Thank you in advance

Flush the wound with Betadine and apply Neosporin until healed. She'll be fine.
