Hole in crop!!! Help ASAP

I have a pigeon that has a holr in its crop and i dont knoe ehat to do! Please help

Ive had that in pigeons, and i just fed egg etc pellets that are large and soft, or crumbles, both easy to digest (as opposed to seeds etc), in mean time i just left crop hole open putting NON pai helping antibiotic cream on, in pigeons that had tore open from/on something. good luck! Vet glue would work best, but i don't wanna order in bulk for as expensive as was and as lil as you need to use even on large dog wounds.
