I'm sorry about your chick.
You have another thread that has some replies, the link to that is below.
If you can please give more information and good clear photos of the hole/injury, these would be helpful.
How old is your chick?
Any idea how the chick got a hole in her crop?

I would not give her any more food until you can repair the crop or see if a vet can help you (if this is an option).
Plain water is o.k. and hopefully she will be able to get some fluids and not get dehydrated.
