That’s very thoughtful. Yes, I would enjoy that. I could probably try to further adapt wherever necessary. I used to be just gluten- and dairy-free. Now there are a few other random things I can’t have, and some of those are found in the usual replacements for gluten and dairy things. I’ve been looking for a gluten-free flour that doesn’t have a bunch of other ingredients I can’t/shouldn’t eat and the only ones I can find are pretty “ugh.” Still looking around. Always wanting to try something delicious! I guess it doesn’t help I’m also a type 1 diabetic and I have to count every single carb. It’s frustrating because I used to have recipes calculated but with the latest dietary changes I have to recalculate everything. I’d enjoy any recipes you want to share! I bet there’s one that will work for me.
