Currently working on my triple decker Carrot cake cheese cake 1 layer carrot cake, 1 layer cheese cake, 1 layer carrot cake. covered with Cream cheese icing and crusted with crushed walnut.. takes me 3 days to make so will post a pic later as an entry .. Update here it is (naked) before heading to the freezer. tomorrow is icing time

I thought about making sugar cookies today but I got sick a few days ago and have been banned from the kitchen until I’m no longer contagious

Entry number one, Christmas Crack:

Saltines, a toffee-caramel spread and chocolate chips melted and spread over the top. Sprinkle some salt and sprinkles on top and you’ve got the best dessert ever!
