Ya’ll are making me hungry! I’m gluten- and dairy-free (for health reasons, not by choice!) and have a few other totally random food restrictions. I’m enjoying “tasting your treats” through the internet!

I'm off gluten too. But YAY for cassava, cauliflower, almond, coconut, tapioca, & buckwheat flour substitutes.

Here's my Christmas apple pie using any 6 different apple combinations in one pie like Pippin, Fuji, Pink Lady, Red or Golden Delicious, Braeburn, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Ambrosia, etc etc.
