Holly Berries?

I posted this in the duck thread because I am more interested in ducks, but I figured that I might run into someone whom knows the answer here. If a bird eats holly bush berries(which are poisonous to humans), will the toxic compounds pass through the chicken/duck and into the eggs?

Apparently holly is toxic to birds too, so maybe they wouldn’t live long enough to lay another egg....
