HOLY EGG and nasty poops (pics)

This is the 2nd time I've gotten a holy egg... This hen always leaves little pellets on the tail end of her eggs but this egg and one 3+ weeks ago had HUGE holes . And recently all of my hens have Nast poops ***!!!! Help!!!!

That nasty poop just looks like a combo of regular and cecal poop. "Normal" enough for me. If they eat more veggies or her diet has changed, their poops can change. Her eggs though could be genetic if they always have thin spots. If she is young, she could grow out of it, if she is old, she could be lacking some calcium, but this is all speculation.
