Janette finished and set the tweezers down. "There, all done. If you want to wait a minute, I can help you to the cafeteria. It won't take me long to clean this up," she said.

(Did Emily leave the room?)
"Okay. Thank you for helping me." Mia said thankfully. She felt a little bit better now, mentally and physically.

"My pleasure, and my job," Janette chuckled. She dumped the glass into a cardboard box and dropped the whole thing in the trash can, washed the bowl out, then disinfected the tweezers with an iodine-soaked rag before returning them to the drawer of the table. After she had pushed the magnifying glass back towards the wall, she grabbed her clipboard and held her hand out to Mia. "Ready to go?"

Nathan headed down to the first aid department. He walked at a faster pace then usual but slow enough so no body would think something was wrong. He headed down a flight of empty stairs and down a hall to the first aid department only to find it empty. Nathan was panicking now, what do that crazy doctor had taken her down to his lab and stated test on her? He thought to himself

Mia felt for the chair and sat down on it.

"Okay, thank you." She said, and then asked, "So, will I be locked in my room again once it's clean...?"

Janette sighed. Another locked resident? "I'm not sure. I'll talk to our nurse and see if we can adjust some things," she said softly.

"Okay. I hope I'll be able to leave my room. It gets very boring, especially with the fact I can't see anything, so I can't read." Mia said and shrugged.

Janette simply nodded. "I'm sure it does," she mumbled. "Do you want anything to eat or drink while you wait?" She asked
