"Yes, I do. His name is Nathan, and we are friends." Mia told Janette.

Dr. Mythe heard the knock on his door and quickly opened it.
"Hello, come in and have a seat." He said, gesturing to two chairs at the end of the room.
Janette didn't have time to reply before Thomas opened the door to receive them. She led Mia over to the chairs and took a seat.

Felicity and Mabel gave Emily an odd look, but they ran over to assist. "Are you okay?!" Mabel said worriedly. Felicity was trying her hardest to hold back a storm of giggles, but failed. "S-sorry, but that was sort of funny!" She mumbled through uncontrollable laughter.

"Don't mind her.." Mabel said with a small smile. "I think that chair tried to murder you." She said jokingly.

(Not the most serious pair, huh?)

Murder by chair HA!)

Emily brushed herself off "Yeah. I'm okay. If it happened to someone else I would probably laugh too. I guess the food isn't the only thing bad about this place, you can't trust the furniture either." Emily said with a smile. "So, what are you two in for? Hearing voices? Self mutilation? Multiple personalities? This place is supposed to be homeless shelter, but there are a lot of people here that have a lot more problems than being homeless." Emily asked as she picked up the broken chair and set it in next to the trash can.

Mia felt for the chair and sat down, waiting for somebody to say something. Particularly about what was going on.

"So, Mia is your name, right?" Dr. Mythe asked as he sat down in the chair behind the desk. Mia nodded and stayed silent.

"There was a nurse who had been knocked unconscious in your room. I suppose it was you?" He inquired.

Mia was a little surprised by this information. She knew she had hit her nurse, but wasn't aware that she had knocked her out.
"Uh...Maybe. I suppose so." She muttered. "It was probably me. But I wouldn't actually try to knock somebody out."

(That would be the most embarrassing way to go. "Today a very beloved person has passed, tragically murdered by a chair."

Felicity continued her giggling, imagining a chair holding a knife or something crazy like that. "We tend to.. Run away from places a lot, we both ran away from where we used to be. Otherwise nothing. I think. Felicity might have uncontrollable giggling syndrome." Mabel answered. "I knew this place was weird!" Felicity interrupted. "Anything else we should know? Anyone here an ax murderer? Anyone we should avoid?" Mabel asked, curious, while Felicity walked away to grab their food from the table, and returned stuffing her face with french fries.

Janette listened. She was a bit surprised at Dr. Mythe's directness with the conversation.
"So, you broke your mirror, hit your nurse, and accidentally knocked her out?" Dr. Mythe asked suspiciously. "How do you accidentally knock a person out? I know I'm stronger than you, and I don't think I'd make the mistake of hitting somebody's head so hard they it left them unconscious."

Mia shrugged. "Well...I'm not really sure what else to say. Maybe if you'd actually allow me to leave and take care of my problems I'd have less aggression. But you obviously do not care about anybody's problems here, you just made this place for your benefit. I have heard screams from those woods, and I know that whatever is in there is not human. And do you want to know how I manage to hear whatever you're cooking up in the forest? Because all of my mental issues are keeping me up all night, all of the things that are not being taken care of!" Mia said, half shouted, hotly.

"I don't know about ax murders, but they keep the more extreme cases up on the 3rd floor. I don't know too many other patients, but the girl that just left with the bandaged hand was Mia. She's blind and keeps to herself, so don't expect her to laugh at your jokes. There is only one person I avoid but I won't talk about it here." Emily replied as she kicked the broken chair legs up against the wall and picked up her tepid tea. She moved toward another chair, pulled it out, but decided she would rather stand and finish her tea. "I don't think you two will be running away from this place anytime soon. Ugh." Emily said, watching Felicity cramming her mouth full of foul french fries, "They keep it locked down at all times and I've never seen anyone leave. I overheard people talking about the forest being dangerous, and saw an animal of some kind come out of the trees once." Emily downed the last of her tea and looked around the room. Everyone had gone back to their food and conversations, and was no longer staring at her.
