A light knock on her door interrupted her thoughts, and she feebly said "Come in", while wiping away fresh tears and sniffling.

"Emily, I am so very sorry for making you wait so long," Janette apologized in a rush. "We had a situation come up that I had to attend first," she explained

Mia looked to the door, and wondered if it was the nurse.
"Come in." She muttered and continued nervously running her fingers through her hair, wondering if the doctor would kill her soon.

"That's ok," Emily said, hoping nurse Janette wouldn't ask why she had been crying. "How's Mia doing? I couldn't watch you digging around in her hand, it grossed me out and I came back here."

Nathan gently opend the door and stepped into Mia's room "are you alright?" He asked "you look a little shaken up"

Mia nodded, "Yeah, I'm fine." Mia paused for a few moments. "But I found out that I accidentally knocked out my nurse, and now the Doctor knows."

"You accidentally knocked out your nurse, how?"

"You accidentally knocked out your nurse, how?"

"Well, she grabbed me by the arm after I broke my mirror, and so I hit her with my cane...But I didn't mean to knock her out, and didn't even know I did." Mia said, and scratched the back of her head awkwardly. "I really shouldn't have hit her at all, it was a terrible thing to do."

"That's ok," Emily said, hoping nurse Janette wouldn't ask why she had been crying. "How's Mia doing? I couldn't watch you digging around in her hand, it grossed me out and I came back here."

"She's fine. She's in her room now, resting" Janette said. "Have you gotten supper yet?"
