How many of you home hatchers Vaccinate? Is it necessary?

I vaccinate for mareks, fowl pox, and laryngotracheitis. I dont want to, but EVERYONE around here had birds and not all of them keep their birds as healthy as they should, so I have found over the years that vaccinations are nesscary for me unfortunately ):

What conditions would encourage vaccinations?
I live in suburban Maine where I am the only person with birds.
Do eggs carry the infectious diseases? or are they primarily carried by other birds?
I am getting my eggs from disease free flocks.

Nope never. As far as if it's necessary that is on an individual basis determined by most people's beliefs so there is no single answer.
