i cant seem to get the temp just right. i used a pc fan, thermastat from a hot water heater, and 100w lightbulb. it kicks on at about 97/98 and shuts off 101/102. what can i do?

Maybe try a smaller watt bulb. It may swing the temp up too high, too fast. We have a 40 in ours. We have the thermostat right next to the bulb too so it is more sensitive. There is a video about drilling holes in it somewhere to help it pick up changes faster but we haven't needed to do that yet. Be sure the air is circulating good too (a problem we had with our first attempt a few weeks ago). I'm new to this also but learning.
