Honestly I dont know I hear real good things about the hot water heater thermostat? I have not incubated in this one yet at all. I still need to buy a timer for the turner. After that ill be a hatching fool. LOL Should I upgrade?

I have not used a hot water thermostat yet but my temps in (trials) have stayed constant. What research I have done has said the distance the hot water heater thermostat is from the light is verry key to consistancy. I have adjusted mine like 100 times and it is approx two finger widths away from my 100 watt bulb. another option is use the splitter and 2 smaller watt bulbs
