The things I do when I'm bored lol...I could clean..I could organize..I could relax..I could work the business..I could do about 30 other things if I really thought about it...but alas...I make butter lol...

ok we had some of this..its slightly sweet...very "creamy"..definitely coats your mouth...very light tho..

I don't suppose you want to tell us how you did it?

There is nothing wrong with making butter!

Beats cleaning any day.

My in-laws were blown away when I showed them how to make butter the first time.

SUPER EASY!

One large jar w/lid

one marble...

cream

put cream in clean jar...add marble..shake like crazy for long time...

thats it! :-)

butter...then you strain it...the "
milk" is buttermilk...
then put the butter in a strainer..use ice cold water and rinse it..
you need to get the remaining buttermilk out of the butter otherwise it'll spoil too fast...

if you get the straining job good...it'll be good for about a wk..

Thank you very much! Now I just have to find me a Guernsey!! Being a homeschool mom you could move to Texas!! :)

Lisa :)
