I tried to build one but it was a failure so I bought a used cabinet incubator. I had a wafer thermostat. We have since put in a digital thermostat. The digital holds pertect temp.

This is my setup. Right now I have 70 Ringneck Pheasant eggs I put in yesterday. Later this week I'll add some chicken eggs as the Pheasant eggs take longer to hatch.
