homemade egg noodles

Whole wheat egg noodles are so good. Normal (no egg) whole wheat
noodles tend to get mushy when used as a leftover. Whole wheat egg
noodles stay firm. Definately chop up some herbs and add it to the dough.
The flavor infusion is AWESOME!

I am making Homemade Chicken Soup for today. I have had some leg quarters in the crock pot on low all night. I have some awesome broth already. Getting ready to remove the meat and then will make some noodles.
I am going to add Italian Seasoning and Garlic. Then will add my veggies to the crock pot and the noodles later.

I think I will make some Yeast Rolls as well! Likely Bagels for Breakfast this week, I love yucky days, great for cooking!

I am going to do this with duck eggs today. We are snowed in. I am cooking chicken and stock and will add my noodles late this afternoon.​
