Homemade "Flock Block"?

Hey all. I was wondering how you make a homemade flock block. And what do you put in it? How long do you cook it for? Ect.
If you guys & girls have some good recipes and instructions, let me know please! I wanna treat my flock to a nice Christmas gift.
