The trick with this bread versus MissP's, is that one is a plain white bread versus the other being a sour dough. Letting the yeast sit the way you do with MissP's recipe, results in a fermented (sour) bread. I really don't see how you can get around using plain old yeast here. Sorry.

Quick question, I'm trying this bread now. How long do you knead it with the dough hook in your mixer?
