You are so funny PC!

The trick with this bread versus MissP's, is that one is a plain white bread versus the other being a sour dough. Letting the yeast sit the way you do with MissP's recipe, results in a fermented (sour) bread. I really don't see how you can get around using plain old yeast here. Sorry.
