wow. And here I decided not to build my own bator because it looked too complicated. If I knew about your set up, I wouldn't have a bator in the mail right now. Good job! Just goes to show you don't need fancy stuff or a lot of money to incubate and raise chickens. You are an inspiration.

Our second attempt, we had 3 that developed but at different stages due to distance from heat lamp. I had 2 rows of eggs on each side the farthest row didn't develop at all. I laid eggs in one row on both sides of lamp if you will and then rotated them around in the line like previously described. Good luck if you try it.
