I'm wondering the same thing about the florescent bulbs. How much heat do they put out?

Those florescent bulbs wont cut it. I have some in my incubator for light so my webcams work. They are just warm to the touch. No where near what ya need to heat an incubator.

Thanks rebelcowboysnb, I wondered about that. I use them all over the house but I bought incandescents for the bator. Good to know I guessed right!

I don't think so. It was all I had to test the circuit.

The florescent lights work fine. On the test run it will run at 120^F. I need to fill the lid with some AB foam to control some heat loose.
