Homemade incubator help please

The screw in a cover you slide open and close would work about the same as the slides I was talking about. Same net effect. I can't really see your fan setup in the pictures you posted. If its that little box over the light at the end blowing down (or up?) I would say its to small and blowing in the wrong direction. But again, cant see. I just put a new fan in mine, a Dayton 4M217 but then again mine is much larger

That one is a farm master Super Hatcher 600, the other one I have is a Reliable Senior from Reliable Incubator Co.

No at the end that's my thermostat and the light under it is a night light to keep it at the correct temp and to also keep it right when the lid gets pulled off to prevent big temp swings I went ahead and added another fan it made all my temps constant 100.1 all over I'm still at a dilemma about the humidity tho all my chicks were sticky its taken them almost 6 days to fully fluff up doesnt that mean humidity to low ?
