My husband made me an incubator from styrofoam box with 25 watt bulb. It's first time we are hatching and it work out pretty good. We hatch 12 eggs. Yesterday was day 21 and we have 8 chicks. Today, 3 more eggs crack and we're waiting for 3 more babies. Actually, I can hear them right now.. can't wait.

just made mine today! i used a styrofoam cooler, thermometer and hydrometer, a towel, dish of water, 25 watt bulb, and a sponge. I learned how to keep the temp and humidity stable and tossed some fertile eggs in!

My husband actually made many hole around the side of the styrofoam box (close to the top) and turn the light bulb on then we were watching the humidity and temp. If temp too high then turn down the light if to low then turn up.. and we use tape to lock the hole (adjust between close the hole and turn up or down the light to keep the temp and humidity right).
