Knowing that your thermometer is accurate would help. "Assuming" it is, 99 is fine an they should hatch at that temp. For the first 18 days I shoot for 30%-40% humidity but low 40s should work. On day 18 on I shoot for about 65%. adding another bowel will make it go up. What humidity that actually works best varies with each person.
