Hi, We are puting everything on my byc page we should have it finished today. It was a blast builting it. My boys just wanted to use the air tools. So we had fun. The turner works beter that I thought it would have. Very smooth opperation. easy to turn. So I will build the hatcher and another bator in a few weeks. For heat we used a 600w cone heater and it keeps it at 99.6 - 99.8 Just one does the trick I tryed a 250w buld but it could not keep up. And 2 240cfh fans moves A lot of air. I am very happy with it. I could not have gused it would have woorked this well. My first hatch is to out on the 26th. I will keep everyone posted. But I will be building more. I have some people that wan't one. But now I know what is going on I will use 3/4inch oak plywood so it can be stained. It will hold 192 chicken eggs per shelf x3. And the old bed rails are strong enough to hold all the weight.
The flang bearings are mounted on the out side so they can be serviced. To keep them smooth. The thermostat is a 22amp wafer that is great. The bottom even as big as it is I keep .3 between the top and the bottom shelf. So all is good
