Homemade incubator

Has this ever been done with sucess?? If so id love to see
there are loads of home made incubators on this site.

I have a small hatcher linked in my signature - the bordaux bator. There are lots of converted coolers and bar fridges - do a search. Sally sunshine has a link in her signature - you can get there from the hatching 101 link below.

I have a 300 egg display case bator/hatcher as well as a 500 egg megabator in my getting the flock out of here thread.

you can also flick through https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/631861/diy-thread-lets-see-your-inventions

I am using as a incubator a cheap homemade styro bator. Have used to incubate few dz chicken eggs so far, then moved to hatching styro LG's 1 is repaired. ATM as I type I have guinea keets HATCHING in the homemade bator a little early. And they appear completely healthy. Today was supose to be lock down for the guineas but they decided otherwise. I also have rouen duck eggs in the same bator that are developing fine.
There are also alot of DIY videos on you tube on how to's and people using them with success.
