Homemade scratch recipe?

I've been looking at chicken treats and came across scratch that has this in it:

"Each 2 pound container of Sunflower and Raisin Party Mix contains assorted sunflower seeds, sunflower kernels, oats, oat groats, peanuts and raisins to create a sensational treat chickens love."

I'm thinking of just making my own, has anyone ever done this? I would probably add some dried grubs or mealworms but does anyone know what oat groats are?

Groats are hulled oats. Not sure if chickens would eat peanuts. My chickens don't seem to care for raisins. I also have dogs so I don't need uneaten raisins laying around.

My scratch is cracked corn and black oil sunflower seeds. My chickens also like whole corn and human oatmeal, to name a few things.
