Don't wait for your husband to do something, it's not going to happen. Next time they are there talk to them, tell them you are happy they have all these great ideas and be sure and write them down so that when they get their land they can act on them. Then tell them that while you are thrilled to have such involved friends, you had an idea you might not have let them know that you have one day you like to call your own and that it is ____day. Please change the day they come out to your home so that you are free to spend some time with them because on your day you are tied up and just can't enjoy their company as much as you'd like to. Be firm, be polite, and make your wishes concerning your home known.
