Did you put honey with them? hate to say it but she may see herself as a chicken and not bond with the ducklings if you don't move her in with them. If you decide to do it you'll need to let them get to know each other through fencing etc first off.
When I introduced week old ducklings to just hatched I used hardware cloth to make a separate area inside the brooder that way they could see each other and gave the young ones some time to get stronger. Less than a week they were piled on top of the older ducklings sleeping together. You may not need to but always have a plan B when dealing with animals even very young ones.
