Ohh the marvels of beekeeping. I suggest European Honeybees. Make sure they don't become killer bees or breed with killer bees. Now that is always a disaster. If you want to encourage wild bees to come and nest in your yard, I suggest building an Orchard Mason Bee home. Plans are here:
