the hook is a metal hook we found out cause there was a fishing line coming from her mouth we tried to remove it but it is stuck between he crop and neck and my family member felt it i believe and i believe it is small. and if you ask if we tried to keep the fishing line no we didn't when my family member got a hold of her they cut off the wire

Yikes!! It will be there for good unless it is removed by a vet. Hopefully she won't have problems

If you are up to it, you can try surgery on her crop to remove the hook. http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2014/06/chicken-anatomy-crop-impacted-crop-sour.html Scroll down on this article on impacted crop to "treatment options". It will tell you how to open the crop and get the contents out.

Not to try to remove the hook will certainly result in the eventual death of this chicken. You really have nothing to lose by attempting surgery. Prepare well. Enlist a couple others to help you, and the procedure should go well and the hen should live out a natural life.
