Amber nodded. “We’ll need to be careful about that.”

Kiro sniffed the air, smelling bears. Following the scent, he came upon Amber and Orchid sitting amongst two bear cubs. He was startled, but silently crept away. When he was out of sight, his mind began to race. The two coyotes were caring for bears! Their enemy and predator! His heart pounded

Orchid thought she had heard someone just outside the den, "Amber did you hear that?" She asked worriedly.

"Would you go check it out for me?" Orchid asked, an apologetic smile on her face. "I would, but the cubs seem to have attached themselves to me."

Amber nodded and stepped outside. “I don’t see anything suspicious. Just Kiro pacing in the trees, Crystal lying next to the food pile...and that’s about it.” She reported
