Jasper spun and spun, "Hes not here!" He yelled his voice full of worry and concern. He put his nose to the ground and followed the young pups trail, he wouldn't last long without his parents...

Tears rolled down Amber's cheeks. "I'm so sorry," She said. "I can't believe this. I'm a terrible, terrible mother." She wanted to follow Jasper, but on the other hand, she didn't want to lose more of her pups.

Jasper followed the trail until he came across a different smell, where the pups scent disappeared. He gasped when he recognized the smell and ran faster.
