Amber swallowed. "I know what you mean. After he killed my family, he took my closest friends and killed them too. After that, he attacked me and told me to leave and never come back. That I was a shame in his eyes. That I had caused him grief in losing his family. And that my mother would have been ashamed of me. I was very young at the time, and I couldn't even hunt. I was practically starved when Crystal found me. She was young, barely more than a pup as well. She helped teach me how to hunt...one day, the hunters came and she told me to run. She distracted them. I didn't see her again and I eventually found this pack. And I blocked my memories. They were too painful." Amber looked down at the ground and forced a smile. "Now, let's get back to camp. It won't do either of us good to dwell on the past."

Scar goes off on a hunt , he catches sight of a severely injured deer and a big one too ! He goes in for the kill and drags it back to camp . He wonders why angel couldn't come all of the sudden .

"Oh, this is bear territory, that is why I was chasing you like I was. I didn't want you to get attacked. Now, we really should be going to check on Crystal." He smiled kindly and headed back to his camp to check on Crystal.
