“Thank you” Emira spoke softly, setting her eyes on the still, light brown rabbit Crystal set down in front of her. She adjusted her sitting position and started to feast upon the small mammal, making sure to leave the best parts for her new friend.

Crystal smiled and glanced around to make sure no one was watching
 
Loula, done with the hunt, had nothing to do. She walked around camp, seeing who was awake.

"Hi, Crystal. How are you?" She asked as she came upon the two coyotes.

Emira had finished indulging on her share of the rabbit and nudged it back over to Crystal before Loula arrived. She began licking the outside of her mouth to rid any sign of blood, but it stained her fur quite throughly.

Crystal quickly bit into the rabbit before she could stop herself, she was so hungry.
