Nope - not a clue. HAHAHAHA First, we will be starting seeds for the garden. Then once we have that mastered, on to figuring out chickens.

Thanks for the welcome. Yep - well aware of the need to keep them separate. We'll see if the chickens get to free range or not... Hubby does not like putting up fencing.

Welcome! Idaho native here. Whichever breeds you choose will be amazing I'm sure. My home is filled with cats, dogs, chickens, turkeys and love! Although the feathered family live outside lol. My hubby also built our coops. We have multiple as our varied flock grew. I recently (much to hubbies consternation) started a hobby flock of Bantams. He is main carer in cold weather.
Here is a picture from this past summer, the big turkey is healing a broken leg, the little is a late hatcher, too small to go with the main flock and my silkies.
