UPDATE
So yesterday was hard, kinda. I still wasn't seeing any movement again. Was getting worried, anxiety was building. I am proud that I refrained from messing with it, or taking it out, opening the incubator. I pacified myself by setting up my camera so I could watch it. I finally heard a little chirp chirp. My excitement exploded!

I had to run some errands though, even checked on it while I was waiting at the bank.

I waited as patiently as I could, finding stuff to occupy my time to be honest.... Finally fall asleep watching TV. That egg still had not moved. I wake up @ 3am, hot! I get out of bed, get a sip of water. I'll just check my camera while I'm up. WAIT! Where's the egg! It disappeared! No egg in sight! Forget this camera I have to go look! I go to the incubator, bumping into everything on the way as if I'm in a strange place in the dark @ 3am! I'm trying not to wake up hubby. I use my flashlight on my phone & what do I see?
A perfect little partridge silkie staring back at me! She hatched on the night of the Christmas Star!
My experiment was a success & I'm so proud of her, at least I'm hoping its a her. Lol Either way it's strong, moving around, seems to be doing wonderfully! I have the brooder set up already & now have it warming. Since its winter she'll be in one if my spare bathrooms in a Rubbermaid tub. My outdoor brooder is too big to bring in so it will have to do.
Anyway, I wanted to update you & share my excitement! Thank you to those that gave me encouragement āŗ ā¤
