I have a Dominique hen that just came out of being broody and started doing this today. If you listen (if I'm able to upload the video) she sounds like shes wheezing or a kid with croup. I didn't see her eating or drinking as I got home and she was in the coop roosting. I took her out to see if I could get her to drink. That is when I took this video. Hopefully, I can upload it.

I can't view it either, but i've heard the wheezing before.

Separate her from her flock mates incase it's Infectious Bronchitis.

It could be ascites, is her abdomen swollen?

It could be other things too but these are the only things i've had experience with and know cause wheezing.

That looks like a collapsed lung. Not sure what to do for treatment though.
