You're most welcome, Kat!

Wow! He's huge! Shadow is such a cute little thing. My Tina (bantam partridge cochin) also rules the roost and would put Hotwing in his place! Those little girls have such a big attitude.

Keep some broodies to raise your chicks and give your incubator a break now and then! Save electric bills and your broodies are GREEN energy LOL!

That's what BYC is for. Need some more chickens? Hee hee.

I never saw a picture like that before! It is a great visual to help explain the difference between standard- and bantam-sized birds.

I totally agree that big things can come in small packages. I bet if he notices her, he'll wish he hadn't!

By the way, Dutch is a very handsome roo!

Yes!!!! I have to finish the coop addition first...

Or get a chicken sized shoe horn so I can cram them all into the existing coop.

I have to have BRs next year, and maybe some white, partridge, and blue rocks, too.

Robin, I think I'll have plenty of broodies next year, just a feeling. I'm told that this line of Delawares is extremely broody, then there's Shadow, being a Cochin you'd think she would; and then my broodies I've already had, Sunny, Olivia and Glenda. Yep, I think I'll have some "living bators" next spring.

Your chickens with their roo look like mine. We have BLRW roo and he is rather big and growing. He is at least 2x the size of our biggest - a big fat poofy BO.
