Keep in mind, he also is a Leghorn, which have some of the biggest combs ever.Same here, here is a cockerl (for sure, he is loud lol) at nine weeks, so based on my experience with little boys, I'd say Pullets.

at nine weeks, his comb and waddle is huge! What is?
i have a few leghorn pullets i got from tsc that i’ve been questioning wether they’re actually pullets or cockerels, but they’re eight weeks old. They definitely look like pullets compared to the picture of your cockerel!I know, my 3 week old "pullet" had me going ummm... Why are you so big? Easily twice the size of his sister, comb was dark red and huge lol.
Yeah, I googled 9 week old white Leghorn cockerl, and I realized how red his comb is, the ones I saw were large, and dark pink lol.i have a few leghorn pullets i got from tsc that i’ve been questioning wether they’re actually pullets or cockerels, but they’re eight weeks old.
